As an expert adviser and systemic consultant I support my clients, helping them to make the best out of their potential and to reach their goals.
As a management consultant I offer support in important strategic and operative situations. I am also willing to share the contacts I have with the worlds of business, science and culture.

Many years of experience in top positions. Training in a broad range of practical applications,
together with a sound understanding of the needs of individuals and teams. This is the foundation
of the services I offer in consulting, organisational implementation and interim management.


I offer consulting services especially geared to the tourism sector. This includes strategic planning and implementation of local and regional management, leisure-time facilities and local/regional infrastructure projects.

  • Planning of congress and event centre in Kitzbühel / Pfarrau – feasibility study, European Architectural Competition: winners Henke & Schreieck, Vienna (following site discussion, project was not implemented)
  • Golfclub Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith: renovation of the Club House, negotiations with the property owners for extending the contract to 2016-2050

Sole managing director of the  Vienna Congress Centre/Wiener Kongresszentrum Hofburg BetriebsgesmbH HOFBURG Vienna, Europe’s prime address for congresses. Approx. 320 events a year, with ca. 340,000 visitors; a team of 50. Repositioning itself to become a state-of-the art congress centre; approx. €13 mio net revenue, €190 mio secondary earnings. Conceived and organized a separate event: the New Year’s Eve Ball, “Le Grand Bal der Wiener Hofburg” with 2,500 guests from more than 40 nations.


CEO/tourism director of Kitzbühel Tourismus (with the towns Kitzbühel – Reith – Aurach – Jochberg, incl. Golfclub Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith), annually approx. 1 mio over-night stays, a team of 50, marketing, event organisation, in charge of the entire infrastructure.

Co-managing director of the Kitzbüheler Alpen Marketing GmbH (umbrella branding for the destinations Kitzbühel, Brixental, St. Johann) approx. 3.5 mio over-night stays.


CEO/director of the Alpbach Tourism Association (AlpbachTourismus GmbH/Congress Centrum Alpbach) (two business sectors: incoming-travel agency and conference centre); Tourist. Marketing, in charge of local infrastructure, event organization, a staff of 12.

Marketing cooperation Alpbachtal & Tiroler Seenland (incl. seven communities, approx. 1 mio overnight guests).


Worked for Congress Innsbruck GmbH, Tiroler Kongress- und Veranstaltungszentrum, incl. Congress Igls.

Expert consultant, assistant to the director, marketing head (head of the main department), collaboration with Wissenschaftlicher Kongress Akademie, which later became the Kongress Akademe (organisation of seminars).

200 – 250 events per year, a number of self-organized events every year (trade fairs, specialist conferences, events).
